XRAI Vision® is a unified digital telehealth system that integrates eXtended Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Vision through smart glasses, bundled with web and Android applications as an end-to-end managed service. The solution empowers frontline healthcare workers in remote, rural, or regional areas to work hands-free using voice commands while receiving real-time, "virtual hands-on" guidance from metropolitan specialists. Remote experts can see the patient from the frontliner's first-person perspective to assist with triage, diagnosis, and treatment, utilising augmented reality to draw marks or project 3D hands and tools directly onto the frontliner's field of vision. Beyond live collaboration, the platform includes an electronic Standard Operating Procedures (eSOP) module that projects digital checklists and training materials onto the smart glasses, as well as GPS tracking for staff safety and a live chat for exchanging medical files like CT and MRI scans.
