Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and an experience you can trust.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • With all accessories, packaging, and manuals
  • Free from physical damage or modifications

Prescription lenses and customised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (details below). At Agili8, our mission is to empower people to see, connect, and live more fully through innovative augmented-vision technology. 


Because prescription lenses are custom-made for you, they are non-refundable for change of mind.


However, we proudly offer:

Prescription Accuracy Guarantee
If your lenses do not match your prescription, we will remake them at no cost.

Comfort & Fit Adjustment Support
If you experience discomfort or vision issues, contact us, we will work with you to resolve it.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, we will:

  • Repair it, or
  • Replace it at no cost, or
  • Provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Order number
  • Name & contact information
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customer is responsible for return postage unless product is faulty.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


All products include a __-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Damage caused by misuse, drops, or unauthorised modification is not covered.
