XR (Extended Reality) is an umbrella term encompassing technologies that blend digital and physical elements, including AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), and MR (Mixed Reality). 

AR overlays digital content onto the real world using smart glasses and/or smart phones, while VR creates a fully virtual environment using heavier Heads Up Displays like the Meta Quest, while MR combines both real and virtual worlds in an interactive way.  

XRAI Vision® is a groundbreaking beyond MR patented innovation that merges 2 realities into 1 metaverse, teleporting virtual experts to the frontline or remote sites without any physical safety risk or travel required.

First, do a test to determine your dominant eye. Make a square with both your thumbs and forefingers. With both eyes open, look through the square with an object in the middle. Then close your left eye. If the object stayed in the middle, your right eye is your dominant eye. Please place the viewer on your right eye. 

Ensure you charge the smart glasses according to the user manual before use. To activate, press the On button which will show the Vuzix logo. Then use voice commands or the touch pad to scroll and tap to activate the app you wish to use.

When you purchase a pair of M400 smart glasses and XRAI Vision®  subscription,  the app is set up for you, pre-loaded on the glasses and tested prior to despatch. 

Similarly for Z100, you will need to purchase a pair of Z100 smart glasses, selecting either clear or tinted, plus an annual licence for Myai app to work.

Other software like Vuzix Remote Assist, Zoom and Microsoft Teams can be used on the M-series, while Z100 and Blade 2 comes with custom software. Please contact us for more information to order or configure them.

Please email your prescription from your optometrist to help@agili8.com and we can advise you if it can be done or not.  

Please note that prescription lenses are only available for Z100 and Blade 2. You do not need them for the M-series, which can be worn over your existing prescription glasses, on a cap, helmet or headband.

Please note that there is a lead time of 6-12 weeks from order to delivery depending on your prescription, location and when you order them.
